Included Services – Everything to Make Your Holiday Perfect

With the payment of the booking deposit, the general terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, are considered accepted. If you need to cancel your stay in advance, I’m happy to issue a credit voucher so you can enjoy your holiday at a later date.

Your apartment will be ready from 2:30 PM. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let me know in advance. On your departure day, I kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:30 AM.

Booking directly via the website, email, or phone ensures you the best price.

I kindly ask you to settle your bill upon arrival in cash or by card (EC, Visa, Mastercard). Alternatively, you can pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer.

Your booking becomes binding as soon as it has been confirmed in writing by both parties.

You can rent E-Bikes at Hotel Thalguter for €33-38 per day. I’d be happy to share tips for the best routes. Your own bikes can be securely stored in the video-monitored bike garage.

You have several options to start your day. At Hotel Thalguter, enjoy a rich breakfast buffet for just €20 per day. Alternatively, you can order fresh bread from a bakery, delivered directly to your apartment – I’ll gladly explain how it works.

Your four-legged friends are warmly welcome. A fee of €10 per day (without food) applies. Please let me know at the time of booking.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

A late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. Let me know, and we’ll arrange it together.

The tourist tax is €2.60 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and is payable on-site.

All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.

No mid-stay cleaning is included. Final cleaning is covered in the price. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for €30.

I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be on the safe side.

I’m available at reception in the morning to assist with any needs. If I’m not on-site, you can easily reach me via WhatsApp – I’m always here for you.

A complimentary safe is available in each apartment for securing your valuables.

You can access the wellness area at Hotel Thalguter (100m away) for €20 per day. The sauna is open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and the pool is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of your stay, 70% of the booked amount will be charged. For cancellations within 7 days of arrival, late arrivals, or early departures, 100% of the booked amount will be charged.

If you’re arriving by train or plane, I can arrange a transfer for you (at an additional cost). The nearest train station is in Merano (4 km), and the nearest airport is in Bolzano (30 km).
